1. Who we are
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Our It Space (“Our It Space”, “we”, “us”, “our”), 30 North Gould Street, Ste R, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, United States. Email: ouritspace@gmail.com. Phone: +1 (978) 403-8654.
They apply to the website at https://ouritspace.com and to Our It Space Publisher, our web-based publishing automation software (together, the “Service”). By creating an account, uploading content or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind that business.
2. The Service
Publisher is software that converts files you upload (such as .docx, HTML or Markdown) into WordPress posts and publishes them to WordPress websites that you connect to your account with your own login (a WordPress Application Password). Optional services optimise your content for search engines (SEO), answer engines (AEO) and generative AI search (GEO), add internal links to your existing posts and add a featured image. You can also run these services on posts that already exist on your connected sites; the post is updated in place and WordPress keeps the previous revision.
Other services: content writing (an article researched and written for you; you are responsible for reviewing it before or after publishing), high-authority external links (links to public sources that support your article), internal and non-indexed internal linking (links between posts on your own site, including edits to your existing indexed posts), custom images and the indexation guarantee. Services marked “Search Console” require you to give our service account access to your Google Search Console property; you can remove that access at any time.
Indexation guarantee: we cannot control whether Google indexes a page. We submit the page, add internal links and check its status for 14 days. If Google has not indexed the page after 14 days, the indexation fee for that job is removed from the invoice or refunded. This is the only remedy under the guarantee.
You may only connect websites that you own or that you are authorised by the owner to publish on, using an Administrator or Editor account. You are responsible for the content you upload and publish. We do not sell links, guest posts, placements or advertising on any website, we do not publish to websites you have not connected, and we are not a marketplace between publishers and buyers.
3. Payments
Invoices are paid directly to Our It Space using one of the payment methods listed on each invoice (for example PayPal or bank transfer). After paying, you submit the payment method and your transaction ID on the invoice. We review each submission and mark the invoice as paid once the payment has arrived. A submitted transaction ID that we cannot match to a received payment does not count as payment.
We do not store your card or bank login details. Payment providers you choose (such as PayPal or your bank) process the payment under their own terms.
4. The plugin
After your first purchase (your first paid invoice), you can download the Our It Space plugin from your dashboard. You install and activate it on WordPress sites you have connected. The plugin performs the jobs you start in your dashboard on your site and is billed pay-as-you-go, per completed job. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the plugin on your connected sites while your account is active. You may not resell, redistribute or modify the plugin. Deactivating or deleting the plugin stops it from working on your site; invoices for completed jobs remain payable.
5. Accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate account information.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account, including activity by team members and clients you invite.
- Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use of your account.
6. Plans, pricing and billing
- Prices are shown on our Pricing page in US dollars. Any tax that applies is shown on the invoice.
- The Service is billed per use. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal.
- After each completed job (a file published or saved as a draft, or an existing post optimised on your connected site) we issue one invoice for that job: the publish or optimisation fee plus the services you selected. Word-based services are charged per started 500 words of your article.
- Jobs that fail are not invoiced.
- Invoices are due within 7 days, using a payment method listed on the invoice. We confirm each payment manually after you submit your transaction ID.
- We may change prices with at least 14 days’ notice on this website; prices shown when you upload a job apply to that job.
- If invoices remain unpaid after the due date, we may pause new jobs on your account until they are paid.
7. Cancellation
You can stop using the Service at any time. Queued jobs can be cancelled in your dashboard before processing starts and are not charged. To close your account, email us; invoices for jobs already completed remain payable. You can revoke our access to your website at any time by deleting the Application Password in WordPress.
8. Refunds
If a job was charged but not delivered as described, you can request a refund. Full details, including how to request a refund and your statutory rights as a consumer, are in our Payment & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- break any law or regulation, or infringe anyone’s intellectual property, privacy or other rights;
- send spam or unsolicited bulk messages, or store or distribute malware;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, other accounts or our systems, or to probe, scan or overload our infrastructure;
- process payments on behalf of third parties, or resell the Service or the plugin without our written permission;
- store unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, harassing, adult or hateful content;
- copy, reverse-engineer or create derivative works from the Service except as permitted by law.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach this section.
10. Your data
You keep all rights to the data and content you and your clients upload (“Customer Data”). You grant us a limited licence to host, process and display Customer Data only to provide and improve the Service. You are responsible for having the right to upload Customer Data and, where it contains personal data of your clients, for having a lawful basis to do so.
You may export your Customer Data at any time while your account is active and for 30 days after it ends, after which we may delete it. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
11. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, logos and documentation, is owned by Our It Space and protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your business purposes while your account is active. Feedback you give us may be used to improve the Service without obligation to you.
12. Availability and support
We aim to keep the Service available around the clock but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may carry out maintenance, which we will try to schedule outside business hours and announce in advance where possible. Support is provided by email within one business day.
13. Warranties and liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee any particular business, SEO or ranking outcome from using the Service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in that period, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud, or affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
14. Termination
You may stop using the Service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay, or if required by law, giving notice where reasonably possible. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; sections that by their nature should survive (including Intellectual property, Warranties and liability, and Governing law) will survive.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new version on this page with a new “Last updated” date and, for material changes, notify you by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date means you accept the updated Terms.
16. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, and the state and federal courts located in Wyoming have jurisdiction, except that if you are a consumer you may also benefit from mandatory protections and bring proceedings in your country of residence.
