1. Who we are

Our It Space (“we”, “us”) is the controller of personal data collected through https://ouritspace.com and our Publisher software, except where stated below. Contact: ouritspace@gmail.com, 30 North Gould Street, Ste R, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, United States.

2. Data we collect

Information you give us

• Account data: name, email address, company name, password (stored hashed), team member details.
• Customer Data: files you upload for publishing and the details of the WordPress sites you connect (site URL, username and an Application Password, stored encrypted).
• Communications: messages you send via our contact form or email.

Information collected automatically

• Log and device data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited and timestamps.
• Cookies as described in our Cookie Policy.

Payment data

We do not collect or store card details or bank logins. When you pay an invoice we record the payment method you chose, the transaction ID you submit and the amount, to match your payment (see section 5).

3. How we use your data

We do not sell your personal data.

4. Files and site access

Uploaded files are used only to create the post you asked for on your connected site and are deleted from our servers after the job completes. Application Passwords are stored encrypted, used only to publish your jobs, and deleted when you remove a site. You can revoke access at any time in WordPress. Where uploaded content contains personal data, you are the controller and we act as your processor.

5. Payments

You pay invoices with a provider you choose from those listed on the invoice (for example PayPal or your bank). That provider processes your payment under its own privacy policy. We receive and keep the payment details needed for our records: payer name and email, amount, date, method and transaction ID, for as long as required for accounting and tax purposes.

6. Sharing your data

We share personal data only with:

• payment providers, only as needed to receive or refund a payment;
• hosting, email delivery and infrastructure providers who process data on our behalf under contract;
• professional advisers and authorities where required by law.

7. International transfers

Some of our providers may process data outside the UK or EEA. Where this happens we rely on adequacy decisions or appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or the UK International Data Transfer Agreement.

8. Retention

We keep account data while your account is active and for up to 30 days after closure to allow export, then delete it, except where we must keep records for longer for legal, tax or accounting reasons (typically up to 6 years). Backups are overwritten on a rolling basis.

9. Security

We use encryption in transit (HTTPS), hashed passwords, access controls and regular backups. No system is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and will notify you and relevant authorities of a breach where required by law.

10. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing of your personal data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, email ouritspace@gmail.com. We will respond within one month. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk) or your local data protection authority.

11. Children

The Service is intended for businesses and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

12. Changes

We may update this policy and will post the new version here with a new “Last updated” date. For material changes we will notify you by email.
