Download the Our It Space plugin from your dashboard, upload it in Plugins → Add New and activate it on your site.

FAQ

Billing questions

What exactly am I paying for?

For the use of our publishing automation software: each completed job (your file converted and published to your own WordPress site) plus any add-ons you chose for that job.

Do you sell links or guest posts?

No. Publisher only publishes to WordPress sites that you connect with your own login. We do not sell links, guest posts, placements or advertising on any website.

Is there a subscription?

No. There is no monthly fee. After each completed job you receive one invoice for that job.

How does the indexation guarantee work?

After publishing we submit the page (IndexNow and your sitemap), add links from your already-indexed posts, and check Google through your Search Console on day 2, 4, 7, 10 and 14. If the page is still not indexed after 14 days, the indexation fee is removed from your invoice or refunded. We cannot control Google, so the guarantee is the refund.

Why do some services need Search Console?

Non-indexed linking and the indexation guarantee need to know which of your pages Google has indexed. You give our service account access to your Search Console property (you can remove it at any time).

What if a job fails?

Failed jobs are never invoiced. You get an email with the reason and can upload again.

How do I pay?

Open the invoice in your dashboard. It lists our payment methods (for example PayPal or bank transfer) with the details to pay to. After paying, choose the method, enter your transaction ID and submit. We review it and mark the invoice as paid, usually within one business day.

When do I get the plugin?

After your first purchase (your first paid invoice), the plugin download appears in your dashboard. Install and activate it on your WordPress site; from then on it does the work on your site for each job, and you pay per job.

Are prices inclusive of tax?

Prices are in USD. Any tax that applies is shown on your invoice.

How are words counted for SEO, AEO and GEO?

We count the words of your article (not the text the service adds). Each service is charged per started 500 words, e.g. 1,240 words = 3 × $1.50.

What do SEO, AEO and GEO mean?

SEO optimises for classic search results. AEO (Answer Engine Optimisation) structures your article so Google snippets and voice assistants can answer from it. GEO (Generative Engine Optimisation) makes your facts easy for AI search tools like ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews to quote.
