1. Overview
Publisher is pay as you go: there is no subscription. Each completed job gets one invoice, which you pay directly to Our It Space with a payment method listed on the invoice. Refunds are made by us to the method you paid with.
2. How billing works
- Every completed job (a file published or saved as a draft, or an existing post optimised) creates one invoice: the job fee plus the add-ons you chose.
- Jobs that fail are never invoiced. Queued jobs you cancel before processing are not charged.
- Prices are in US dollars, as shown on the Pricing page when you start the job.
- The plugin becomes available in your dashboard after your first purchase. Using it does not add a fee; you only pay for jobs.
3. How to pay an invoice
- Open the invoice in your dashboard or from the invoice link we emailed you.
- Pay with one of the payment methods shown on the invoice, using the details given there.
- Choose the method you used from the drop-down, enter your transaction ID and submit.
- We review the payment and mark the invoice as paid, usually within one business day. You will get an email when it is confirmed.
Invoices are due within 7 days. Please pay the exact invoice amount; any fees charged by your payment provider are your responsibility. If we cannot find a payment for a submitted transaction ID, we will email you and the invoice stays open. If invoices remain unpaid after the due date, we may pause new jobs on your account until they are paid.
4. When you can get a refund
You can request a full refund of an invoice within 14 days of payment if:
- the post was not published or saved on your site as described (for example, missing content or images caused by our software);
- you were charged twice for the same job, or charged for a job that had failed or been cancelled;
- an add-on you paid for was not applied;
- you paid for the indexation guarantee and Google did not index the page within 14 days (the indexation fee is refunded or credited automatically).
We may first offer to re-run the job at no cost. Refunds are not available for jobs completed as requested, for example because you later changed your mind about publishing the content.
5. How to request a refund
- Email ouritspace@gmail.com from the email address on your account, with the invoice number and the reason.
- We reply within one business day and, if approved, send the refund to the payment method you used (for example back to your PayPal account or the bank account that paid).
Approved refunds are sent within 5 business days. How long the money takes to appear depends on your payment provider or bank. Partial refunds (for example for one add-on) are shown on the invoice.
6. Your statutory rights
If you are a consumer, you may have a statutory right to cancel a digital service within 14 days. Because each job is performed immediately at your request, that right ends once the job is completed. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
7. Exceptions
We may decline refunds where there is evidence of fraud, abuse of the refund policy (for example repeated purchase-and-refund cycles), or a breach of our Terms & Conditions.
